How I configure a Low budget system to run beyond a Mid system without any lag at maximum speed
Disable all Windows Update especially all background services.
*Go for the maximum Dual channel Ram possible eg 32GB Ram x2 DDR4 your system can support.
*Buy the best budget NVME SSD you can afford.
No need to turn on all Virtual Ram or cache in Windows. Clear all temporary files and cookies eg <temp> and <%temp%> Delete all temp files in <Software Distribution>. Make sure your registry files are clear of errors by using third party software. Clear all temp files in your Rubbish bin.
Monitor all your Tasks your CPU is running and disable those that interfere and no use for your system.
Use MSconfig to control your bootup and disable all unnececessary software. You can also disable any services you do not need like <Remote Access>.
Update all drivers to the latest using third party drivers update software.
Turn off all privacy controls in the background.
Most budget systems comes with an Integrated Graphics card, it doe not matter as long as you upgrade (2) and (3). I can even use it for video editing and rendering after that.
*What my research has shown if you want to maximise a CPU & GPU speeds of your lastest CPU, you need to have a Dual channel memory stick, fast I/O speeds of a NVME SSD and how you organise your Data on your SSD, with an updated Bios which support 32GB Rom with the latest instruction sets on your CPU, 3rd consideration is your architecture be it x386, x32, or x64 which will affect your memory address with your I/O especially your NVME SSD, the effects of Virtual memory and Distributed cache is minimum unless in a Distributed network when the NFS is optimised together with the Linux File system of the I/O devices which may take a totally new technology beyond the NVME SSD so that no Ram is required, but not at the present transfer speeds, with increases of more than 50% beyond Moore’s Laws today. Yes I am experiencing bottlenecks of transfer speeds between NFS and Linux File system and Distributed Cache due to limitations of No Ram in Virtual memory and cache of the NVME SSD which a totally new storage media need to be invented or the limitations is it it can never support beyond 8 cores and multi-threading, much less 80 cores. From my experience testing clusters on a all CPUs in a Cluster of 8 need to talk to each other, via a Control stack or duplicating the instruction sets, or I get an out-of-sync error. I really do not know how SpiNNaker can be supported with a million Neuromorphic cores, or for show only? Have not seen how NVIDIA solve their 80 core CPU issues. Who is interestered in small money? I have big plans and once my goals are reached I can actually fund the entire IMF/World Bank with trillions of technologies totally to pay for every single programmes of the United Nations. So what Microsoft dos with Xbox or Sony does with PS5 or what AMD does with their CPU/GPU does not interest me as long as if they commercialised it they donate a portion to UN China to help UN become independent. If I can create an invention an hour, who worries about no money?
My pain points. I cannot used a Dual channel DDR Ram to solve my millions of cores and threads to resolve the speeds required, or it will be in hundreds of Gigabytes required for ram, and I need it to be as flexible as Virtual memory with great transfer speeds beyond NFS and Linux File System with a Distributed Cache and nothing at present meets my expectations for No Ram to be used far beyond NVME SSD for Blockchan 3.0 for consistent hashing.
